Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
How long will it take for applying and getting EAD for L2. I am currently in US and would want to work on my EAD. Is it fair to apply on my own or should I wait for the sponsor?

You are the applicant when filing the employment authorization application form with the USCIS. You do not require a sponsoring employer.
You can call our law firm at 212-268-3580 during business hours, or email [email protected] for any additional guidance.
You can file the I-765 as L2 and request a work permit. You don't need a sponsor. It takes from 2.5 to 4 months.
