Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
I have just married Iam a us citizen we have 4 years together and 2 children .What do i need to apply for his citizen cip or green card
1 Answer from Attorneys
You can apply for your husband's permanent residency, assuming that he is eligible for a Green card.
How did he come to USA: did he have a visa?
When did he come to USA, from what country? etc
If he is not eligible for adjustment of status, he may need to go abroad to his native country and apply for a visa and possibly a waiver.
