Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

How do i get married to a illegal immigrant if he got no papers? He has a Mexico id and a job and a bank account and also his visa expired. What are my options on getting married and easiest way to get him papers? Two of his brothers all legal, one born in California 20 and the other born in Texas 15 can they possibly help him get papers? What are his and my options?

When you are legally married and provided that he really came to USA lawfully on a visa (which is expired now), he might be able to apply for permanent residency (green card) and you can petition for him.

In such a situation, brothers can't help to become legal, but a wife can.
