Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
My mother is a citizen my husband is a citizen I been in the US since I was 4 days old. What form do I need to fill out to be a citizen? I had I green card I have lost 2 years ago.

You need to apply to replace a lost green card (with the USCIS/DHS).
If you are eligible for US citizenship through naturalization, you can apply for naturalization as well.
