Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

Hello,

My niece is a F1 student.. She went to the school and she came to know the information provided by the school is false information. Meantime due to the emergency her funds got rotated and so she couldnt able to pay for the school. She requested the school to provide the transfer for the time being to the cheapest school. The school refused to accept it. She got married with her fiyance who is a US citizen and they filled I-130, I-131, I-485 and I-765. Usics approved the petition, she cleared the biometric and she is final stage of GC interview.

Kindly let me what kind of possible questions she may get from the interviewer Kindly share your views and suggestions and that is highly appreciated

At this time, the USCIS has not approved her petitions yet. If she only had a biometrics appointment, it means that her applications are currently pending. The first to be approved are usually a work permit and advance parole.

The I-130 and I-485 can be approved only after the interview with the USCIS officer if they can prove to satisfaction of the USA that this is a real marriage and she is not ineligible for a Green Card.

She should expect to be questioned about her marriage (in order to determine whether it's a real or sham marriage), and could be asked about her coming to USA as a student on a Student visa. The questions could be generic and very specific based on her situation.
