Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

Hello, i need help in obtaining my US passport. It has been denied several times because my mother failed to register me at birth, she did it 20yrs later and they think im an imposter. I truly am who i am and they request my school record but its not available because it was destroyed since i never graduated, so they say at the school. I asked the school for a letter stating what they told me but they refuse to do so. I was born at a house thru a midwife in a town which till this day has no hospital. I am registered in austin and have my baptism papers. No witness is alive to do a testimony on my birth. Can you help me?

It seems that the reason for denial is massive fraud happening in that area of the country, and the fact that there was no official record of your birth in USA, and your birth wasn't registered in a timely manner.

I understand that you have a certified US Birth certificate which was obtained 10 years after your birth.

You have to obtain some other valid proof of your birth actually taking place in USA, and not across the border, for the US Department of State to issue you a passport. It could be a notarized affidavit, school and baptismal records, proof of your mother's residence in USA prior, at and after your birth, etc. You may consider hiring a lawyer to assist you with this application.
