I have a pending I 485 for past 5 years through my spouse and now we going to get divorce, is their any possibility of changing my status to Student F1 visa.

No. Unless all these years you've maintained some other valid non-immigrant status. Having a marriage-based pending I-485 for 5 years (instead of average 5-6 months) is an indication of some underlying problems/issues with your case.
