Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

Second Post: If both my parents are illegally here and I am under the age of eighteen, is there any possibility that I could legalize, hold a green card, visa, etc.? My father came here a long time ago and my mother followed, along with her she brought my brother and I. No one has ever petitioned for us and my parents are planning on going back to Mexico in a couple of years. Yet I started school here and know both languages extremely well. I can read, write and translate in Spanish, but I can only read small passages and comprehend them. I grew up learning the English language. If I was to return to Mexico with my parents, I would not do well in academics there. I have been here since I was almost four and am now almost going to be seventeen. As I said before, no one has ever petitioned for a member in my family. My best friend's mother believes my intentions here are good, since I do amazingly well in school and take all Pre-AP and AP classes. She offered to be my petitioner or help in legalizing me, but I wonder how long would that take? At what cost? And if it's possible, at what cost to her? Would my parents need to sign any paperwork or anything along that line? Would I have to return to Mexico and then come back, or how does the legal process go?

No, there is no law for you to legalize at this time. From your post, it appears that you also don't have any qualified relative who could have petitioned for you.

Your friend's mother can't be your petitioner, as she is not your mother.
