Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

Your Question: Edit Question

a few days ago, i recieved a letter of intent to revoke the petition that i filed for my mother under the grounds that she falsely married an american citizen in order to get her green card many years ago. I'm not sure whether or not that is true. But in any case, do you think we still have a chance to get my mom a green card or will she be stuck in the us? I was born and raised in Houston, TX, along with my two younger siblilngs. Thanks for your help.
