Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

Thank you for reading this post. i am to the point and will not hide anything.

Came to US in F1 visa

Over stayed on F1 visa

Got married to my first wife (American citizen) which lasted few years but did not filed papers, eventually we got divorced.

Got married to my current wife(American citizen) and I filed for papers ( I 485, I 130 , I 131, travel document and work permit ) I got my travel document but never got my work permit .

We went for interview around October 09 and officer over at immigration department suggested we drop our case as we have few answers that do not match. I listened the officer and dropped case.

Went out of USA on travel document and came back in end of December 2009

Now I need lawyer or paralegal to file for papers ( I 485, I 130 , I 131, travel document and work permit ).

Please give me good advice if you can help me in anyway. It�s like saving my life ( in one way )

When you reentered the USA on an Advance parole, were you allowed admission, or placed into deferred inspection? When did you "drop" your case? When did you travel abroad? When did you apply for adjustment of status and work permit?

You didn't have to withdraw your applications, as was suggested by the USCIS employee. It was a mistake. You shouldn't have traveled abroad on an advance parole, it was a serious mistake as well.
