Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
What's The Most Reasonable Thing To Do Without Prejudice To Become A Legal Citizen Of The States When I Have A Child (born in the country) And I'm Not Living With My Ex-Partner Anymore Even Though We Are Married (herself being born a citizen)??? I Entered The Country As A Tourist, But Now My Passport Has Expired Along With My Visa.... I Appreciate Your Time. Thank YOU

There are not so many options for a person without an immigrant status to become a lawful resident. Your US citizen wife has an option to petition for your residency. It's up to her to petition for you - it's not her duty, but a right. You can't self-petition based on a minor child. One can theoretically self-petition based on abuse and domestic violence.
