I received a notice of intent aof deny my request for asylum. Which are the possibilities of success with a rebutal?
1 Answer from Attorneys
If you don't have an immigration attorney, now, after you received Intent to Deny is time to consult or even hire an attorney.
It's impossible to talk about chances without knowing all particulars of your case and what reasons were given in the notice letter by the Asylum Office.
