sir , my brother in law will get green card with in 2 to 3 year i think so,then he'll petition for his sister she is married with me so he will petition for both of us and it will take about how long time u said 11 years it's too long is there no short way ?why this procedure take 11 years ?because i want to go there and live,work and settled as well

I understand that you want to move to USA. However, at this time, you and your wife are not eligible yet.

The wait time for most countries would be much more than 11 years. As I wrote in my answer to your previous question, 11 years it's from the time when your brother-in-law can petition for his sister. Your brother has to become a USA citizen before he can petition for his sister.

He is not a USA citizen, and he is not a permanent resident yet. He is still waiting for his wife's I-130 application to be processes. If you add up all these years, it could easily be more than 15-17 years of wait.
