Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
How can a student be a citizen if born in mexico and brought to the U.S....is this possibles that he can stay and be considered legal after a period of time in the U.S.

No, he will be still illegal, doesn't matter how long he resides in USA, if he was brought to USA illegally, and no close relative ever petitioned for him/or his family.
