hello my name is tony,married to a us citizen,we went for interview we were seperated and said our answer to the question were not good..my wife was forced to sign a paper to withdraw her application.i was denied resident permit.my lawyer said i should re file.pls what do i do?

What is your current status (visa) in USA? Please keep in mind that if you are out of status, you can be referred to Immigration Court for removal (deportation).

It seems that the CIS officer didn't believe that your marriage is a bona fide marriage, and in addition your US citizen wife withdrew her I-130 petition.

What the Denial Letter alleges in the terms of why your application for adjustment of status was denied?
