Is it true that if my mom did not get to fix her papers to stay here in united states, she will get deported even if she have two kids that is an american citizen? and is there any other way for my mom to fix her papers without her husbands help (petitioning her)?

How old are you? A USA citizen child can petition for his mother's residency only after he turns 21 years of age. At the same time, a mother will not be able to adjust status if she came to USA illegally and no one ever had petitioned for her (prior to April 30, 2001).

Your mother should consult a qualified immigration attorney (not a "notario" or "specialist") to see if there are any other legal options available to her.
