Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

I am UK national and had my daughter in the USA, I was denied entry into the US in 2007 on the basis that I lay false claim to US Citizenship! I want my daughter to be educated in the US - but how do I fight this entry denial - I have been told to get a visa, the officers there don't even want to hear me out!!!

You need to consult a USA immigration attorney directly, in private and off the public forum.

If you were found to have made a false claim to US citizenship, then indeed you will be inadmissible to USA.

What exactly happened in 2007? Have you tried to obtain a visa?
