Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
i came in USA leagally 3 years ago. my visa was 10 years valid B1/B2 multiple entry.and i overstayed in my visa.(i did not go to my country when i only had 6 months valid I-90) i stil have documents like valid drivers license. now i am going to marry my boyfriend - US citizen.how can i stay and work in US after my marriage?
