If you are married, your permanent resident father will NOT be able to petition for you. Even if he petitions for you, you may not be able to adjust status in the future if you are illegal and came to USA illegally (without a visa), and have no protection under the INA 245i.

By the way, your lawful permanent resident brother can not petition for his father. He can petition for his father only when he becomes a USA citizen.

I suggest that you consult a lawyer to determine your eligibility and possible legal options.

If your father remains as a green card holder since he filed the petition for you, the petition will be invalid upon your marriage. However, if your father has become a U.S. citizen, the petitione will still be valid but changed to different category.

We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney.
