how long does a lawyer have to settle with the insurance company and recieve my money and give it to me?

Well, let's see. He is getting a percentage of what you're getting & he doesn't get paid unless you get paid. How long does it take? Some are quicker than others, sometimes takes 6-9 months, could take a year. Shouldn't take any more than that. Either finish it with a lawsuit or give it back to you. Good Luck.
