Re: uninsured motorist claim
It is almost impossible to get the policy limits from your own insurance company without a lawyer. The reason is that your insurance company is in no jeopardy until you have hired an attorney. And it should not be just any attorney. Hire a specialist in personal injury litigation who knows how to build your case properly and how to win a lawsuit against a big insurance company. And, finally, do NOT hire any attorney who advertises on television (or anywhere else for that matter). These advertising lawyers have such huge overhead that they must "turn" many, many cases and therefore are usually unwilling to fight for you. (They want to just turn a quick fee and move on to the next case.) My firm has specialized in these cases for over 27 years. Please call us.
