Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Texas
seller's liability
I recently sold a travel trailer (2 days ago). The buyer is calling me stating that two items do not work, refrigerator and heater. Both items worked fine the last time I used the travel trailer.
What am I liable for at this point? Is there a time frame (a friend told me 3 days) at which the buyer can say ''I don't won't it because these 2 items don't work.'' and we have to take it back?

Re: seller's liability
There isn't any 3-day chance to change their mind. If it was sold "as is", then they are responsible for fixing the equipment. But if you assured them that everything worked, then you may be on the hook for the cost to repair.
