Age Descrimination
Is it age discrimination if an employer posts a senior paralegal position at a senior paralegal salary, but hires a female in her mid-20s whom has no real paralegal experience, but whom worked under a paralegal for almost 2 years, and hires her at a senior paralegal position and at a senior paralegal salary? We had qualified applicants with senior level experience, but they were not cute with the cute bubbly personality. Obviously all of the current senior paralegals (all with 15-27 years experience each, and all are over 45 years of age) are

maybe...but a good paralegal should research law..and call EEOC
