Is my boss stealing my tips?
The wait staff up front tips out 10% to the cooks and I work as a cook yet I've not seen one dime.
Can my Boss pocket the tips for his own?

talk to the other cooks and see if this is just you. if it all cooks, talk to the waitstaff and get a rough idea of the numbers they are pulling in. then talk to his boss and explain you are not here to step on toes but it should be something he is aware of of the character of his managers. if he is the owner, call an attorney.
