Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I am a citizen of the united states and have requested a 7 week LOA from my employer to return to the Phillipines for my church wedding. I requested an extended LOA for my civil wedding last year and now my employer is questioning FML becuase of "multiple ceremonies". They said it puts an undue hardship on the other staff for me to be out this long every year. What are my rights under FMLA?

Employers are generally "at will" ie, they hire and fire with or without cause...and from my understanding, FMLA does not cover this..but even if it did, the employer does not have to keep you in my opinion..
