What are the laws in Texas governing work place harrassment?

Re: Work place harrassment.

You cannot be harrassed because of your age, gender, race, religion, national origin, or any other federally or state protected basis. There are no laws which otherwise directly protect you from harrassment, although if it is severe, there are some actions, including legal actions, which you may take.
