Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Texas

Badges

I am a process server and am ordering a process server badge. However I have been told that there is a law on how many points a star badge can have for non law enforcement use. Can anyone tell me where to find this information. Our Sheriff uses a 7 pt star badge.

I don't know this off the top of my head, but I'm pretty sure someone at DPS does. You could also try a google search or pay me to do the legal search, which would not take very long.
