Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Texas

email piracy

If you give someone your password to get into your computer, say to borrow it to do a paper, and they go to your emails later from a remote computer at another location, and put some of these emails out on the internet, that were party to a signed confidentiality agreement, and that hurts confidentiality of another person, can they sue the offending party and is that illegal activity by the offender? (Can you email me the answer?)
