Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Texas
email piracy
If you give someone your password to get into your computer, say to borrow it to do a paper, and they go to your emails later from a remote computer at another location, and put some of these emails out on the internet, that were party to a signed confidentiality agreement, and that hurts confidentiality of another person, can they sue the offending party and is that illegal activity by the offender? (Can you email me the answer?)

Re: email piracy
If you have a contract involved then we'll need to see it to determine who is potentially liable and for what. Internet is my main focus and I'm admitted in TX also. DWNanceLLC.com and NanceGroup.com
