auto accident from 2 yrs ago

My son is 18 yrs old. He is being sued by the passenger in his car in an accident from 2 yrs ago that was not his fault. Can he be sued for something that happened when he was a minor?

Yes, unfortunately, and so can you as his parent. Notify your liability insurance company immediately; they are responsible for providing an attorney to defend him.
