High Speed Chase
My Kids Father had a high speed chase in my automobile Dec 21, 2005. The Car was broken down in the back yard not being used by myself. Now the County is trying to sue me for damages to their vehicles I just received the papers Feb 12,2008 what can I do? If I had no i knowledge of the situation

Generally, the government will attempt to collect the damages imposed by the owner of the vehicle that was used to cause the governement damages.
