You may have an "uninsured motorist" claim on your own policy. However, to preserve such a claim, you must follow policy requirements and rules of law TO THE LETTER. You need the advice and counsel of a skilled and experienced personal injury attorney. It is dangerous to attempt to navigate this minefield on your own.
