iwas walking on feeder road along hwy59. i was hit by a car that might not have insurance. what can i do

You may have an "uninsured motorist" claim on your own policy. However, to preserve such a claim, you must follow policy requirements and rules of law TO THE LETTER. You need the advice and counsel of a skilled and experienced personal injury attorney. It is dangerous to attempt to navigate this minefield on your own.

I agree with the above statements. Don't do this alone. Most attorneys (myself included) will meet with you and evaluate the case with you for free.
