Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I used to live in an apartment. It flooded. The apartments only replaced the carpet. I did not know but black mold started to grow. It took a couple of months, but I got sick. I had a bad case of bacterial pnuemonia. I could not breathe. I almost died. I was in the hospital for 51 days. Should I sue?

you should visit a competent personal injury lawyer..do the doctor's records state your pneumonia was caused by the black mold in the apartment? if so..get those records..and a good lawyer can analyze your case..make a proper demand..etc..and decide if a lawsuit is necessary or not..
