There is no exact number to rely on. Insurance companies will use numerous factors, such as severity of accident and amount of property damage, type of injury, amount of medical bills, need for future medical care; etc.
Do not do this alone. Contact a personal injury lawyer before negotiating.

The computation for what an injury is worth is a complicated process and varies from case to case (and even from insurance company to insurance company). Frankly, it is very risky for you to be trying to deal with the insurance company on your own. They have an entire firm of attorneys working for them; shouldn't you, also?
I agree with the above. There's no actuarial table to tell you what an injury is worth. You need an advocate to fight for you. Most attorneys (if not all) will meet with you and discuss your case at no cost. There's also no fee if they don't collect for you. I invite you to call a few attorneys and speak with them about your case, and see who you are most comfortable with, who answers your questions, etc.
