Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
With regard to formatting discovery responses
Ok, when answering discovery - what is the proper formatting rules. I've looked everywhere on the internet and can't get a straight answer. Is it single spaced, double spaced or what. Like I have the Interrogatory question single spaced and then the answer double spaced. Probably a stupid question....but - let me know. Thank you.

Re: With regard to formatting discovery responses
The more important question is why are you doing discovery without an attorney! If you have one ask them, there is no hard fast rule.
