No specific time.

Call your lawyer. Ask him if

1. Has settlement check been deposited in his trust checking account?

2. Does part of the settlement go to payment of medical bills?

3. Has he already issued a check to himself for attorney's fees and case expenses?

It varies depending upon many factors, but probably averages 3 weeks or so just to receive the check. Then, if your attorney has to obtain reductions in medical bills or subrogation liens (both of which are very common), it can take much longer--even several months under some circumstances. Please be patient with your attorney and know that he wants this resolved as badly as you do.
