My son had car accident and the other party insurance is not paying the full damages.

How can i challange this is court ?

Can I do it without lawyer ?

What are the pros and cons of challanging such decisions ?

Why people want to handle their own legal matters is beyond me, it would be like a person doing their own surgery. Nevertheless, not surprised that insurance adjusters are not wanting to pay for the damages, that is one of the reasons your son needs an attorney.

Your son needs to speak with a personal injury ASAP. Your son should not sign any forms before talking to an attorney and not communicate with the insurance company.

Insurance companies do not care about paying full damages. They make profits but not paying claims or giving low ball offers, like your son's case.
