Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I am on workers comp , have been for over a year, still have pending surgeries, On my visit to the pain doctor I slipped and fell in their bathroom that had water 2 in deep , could not see the water. I have re injured my self, but am afraid to say anything to my doctor, as he will think, week you know what they think. I filled out an accident report at the clinic, Do you think I should pursue this.?

We handle work comp claims..and if you reinjured ..and did not say anything...it may not be considered..but the accident report could prolong treatment. As to pursuing against the clinic..any recovery goes first to pay comp carrier..so talk to a lawyer..
