Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I am 1 1/2 months behind on my mobilehome mortgage payment. I made a partial payment and am working to bring current. I have spoken to my lender and they just want the money now and I do not have it. In fact, he told me I shouldn't have even made the partial payment that I should have kept it and moved with it. He did ask when I would be making future pymts and I was able to give dates and when I hope to be current. I explained to him that I have been out of work and start a new job next week. I sent a letter a few weeks ago stating my apologies and my intentions. He threatened that I needed to be out this weekend. I do have a plan of attack and have already cut out all non-essential bills. What is the foreclosure or repossession law and what can I expect?

Is the mobile home attached to the property or on wheels/or brought in and can be removed on wheels. Texas is amongst the worst states now that Republicans control..and a mobile home may be considered an automobile..one day late and lender can pick up..then buyer has to hope personal possessions can be found. But filing bankruptcy could stop foreclosure..call a lawyer..we and many others charge nothing to talk..and what you are paying on the home may be modified ..or possibly eliminated...call a lawyer NOW..sad at Christmas..but act and give peace to your family..use lawyers...
