what is actual legal discription of property or lot

sir i will be re-fi my home which is located on 5acres plat out lot9 we also have lot8 bought 5 years later also 5acres total 10.homestead with 5acres apprasial 125.000 loan amount66,000 title company shows lots 8&9 togeather.willthe other 5acres on lot8 be concidered security for the promesary note? or only the 5acres with the house on lot 9?

To answer that question, you will have to tell us whether the deed of trust (mortgage) will include the description of all of the properties that you describe. If it is not included in the legal description, then clearly there will be no lien on property on which you do not grant a lien. Go ask for the legal description of the property that will be included on the lien documents. That should answer your question.
