cash real estate transaction

hi, I am paying cash for a free standing home. I need to purchase the forms to file. And need a Deed and bill of sale.

I would highly recommend AGAINST simply purchasing forms and completing the purchase of any real estate without having an attorney assist in the transaction.

It is well worth the money to have an attorney prepare the documents and help to protect you in the purchase of one of the biggest investments most people make.
