Deed Restrictions

Can you intrepret the below deed restriction based upon a membership of 122 with 47 members attending meeting, what is the required votes needed to be in compliance with the referenced deed restriction? Any increase in the Annual Maintenance Assessment in excess of five percent (5%) of the previous year�s maximum Annual Maintenance

Assessment shall require the approval of a majority of the Members of the Association who are voting in person or by proxy, at a meeting duly

called for this purpose.
