my father purchased a land 30 years before, one of the sister to seller didnt sign the sale agreement. Can they challenge now asking for compensation?

Does your father have a deed to the property with his name on it, and it was recorded in the land office? Someone really has to look at the deed to make sure everything was done properly, particularly that all of the owners listed on the deed when your dad bought the land signed a new deed over to your father.
