Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I gave my dog away , while emotionally stressed over finances on Dec 22.....On Dec 23, I called and said that I wanted my dog back....I explained I wasn't thinking clearly; and they said no way........

Do I have a legal right to have my dog back ? No money was exchanged, no papers were signed..

And the 72 hours cure time had not elasped, under the color of Civil Law ....

The "72-hour law" doesn't apply to your situation.

You gave the dog away, and the new owners want to keep it. That's about all there is to it.
