Grazing Lease in effect not stated on contract
Buyer buys ranch that seller did not disclose on the contract that he had a written grazing lease on said property. Can Lessee sue new buyer for damages because new buyer won't allow cattle on property?

It depends on the language of the lease. You should have an attorney review the document and ascertain your rights against both the buyer and seller of the property.

Yes, probably. Lessee may want to sue seller too. Lessee will want its attorney to examine the lease carefully to see what rights Lessee has, and who Lessee should sue.
