Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
I own my home and my adult daughter lives with me free of charge (no landlord/tenant relationship). How can I "kick her out" without having the police tell her that she has the right to live there because it is her residence.

If you're on title by yourself, you can file an eviction in JP court.
