Inability to cure default on a contract for deed

We were unable to find financing on our contract for deed. We were given 60 days to do this and just found out...this is day 55, how much notice will we be given to move from our house?

Laws on contracts for deeds have changed. It is possible to salvage your "deal" by re-negotiating, finding another outside lender, or looking for a flaw in the prior transaction. You should call a real estate attorney and discuss your specific situation. Best of luck.
