Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I live in texas...Part of my neighbors tree fell in my yard and caused some damage..It is very large and I will have to pay someone to cut it up..The limbs are alive..so it may have been struck by lightening..I just came home and found it..

Are my neighbors responsible
