I moved my fence in a foot into my property after receiving a

threatening letter from my neighbor. He has now taken down the original

fence and has hooked onto my fence which is in my yard and removed

timber logs that I had placed on my property so my dogs would not dig

and get out. This was done 3 weeks ago and now his dogs are hitting my

fence and have caused some damage.

What can be done?

I would recommend that you retain an attorney to file a lawsuit against the neighbor seeking damages cause by the dogs and enjoining him from doing anything to the fence on your side of the property line.
