Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

i think that there is more property that i dont know about!!

Once you sign the divorce and everything is final. can i later on if i find out my husband made a purchase of a home (while still married to me)without my knowlegde, will i still have rights to that house. texas

Texas is a community property state. Characterization of property occurs at the time of purchased. If you were married, it would be characterized as community property. Your settlement agreement and divorce decree should address the division of property and that also should be checked.
